1. CRYSTALS, WATER, AND SUBTLE ENERGIES
Crystals form with different structures under the influence of planetary fields. These fields are the ones that are influencing dowsing, and occur when the sun is directly overhead or at other angular positions. The geometrical alignments of planets, particularly the sun and moon, program crystals to receive all of the information that lies in the line between the planet and the earth or, for that matter, between two planets, with the earth in between.
Marcel Vogel said that the sun and moon were powerful in influencing the bio-energy fields. The article [sic; no reference given] says that the conjunctions and oppositions of planets are most powerful, however, the square is also a powerful geometrical alignment. It would be easy to take these alignments into account when doing your dowsing. There are several astrological programs that are available for computer that calculate planetary angles and positions for any day you want.
The article [sic] suggests that the best way to detect subtle energies is to watch a material crystallize in the presence of a planetary field. The life processes of hydrocarbons could be detected in a similar manner. Hydrocarbons interact with ammonia and water to produce organic sugar compounds. If one of these chemical reactions were set up close to an oil reservoir, it would show a different pattern than if it were not close to a body of oil. This is because the bio-energy of the large body of oil is influencing the small body in the reaction vessel by virtue of its presence, only without any intervening radiation.
What happens during a subtle energy process is that when something living grows, or dies, or exhibits some other property of the life process, an extremely small amount of electromagnetic energy is released. This energy is equivalent to looking at a candle at a distance of 6 miles. Hammamatsu makes a bio-electromagnetic field detector that can detect down to 10-14 watts of energy per square centimeter, which is less than a candle at 6 miles. They have developed a special phototube to do this. The unit currently costs about $70K. It out-pictures the energy emission pattern on a 486 computer.
The first ultra-sensitive bio-electromagnetic field detector was developed in Germany about 10 years ago to detect the extremely faint electromagnetic emissions from the living cells of cucumber seeds. Marcel became interested in the detection device, communicated with its inventor (Dr. Fritz Popp) and went over there to see it while on a trip to Europe in 1989. When Dr. Popp asked Marcel what he wanted to use his detector for, Marcel told him “to measure the bio-energy changes that he could produce in cucumber seeds by using a Vogel-cut [specially cut] quartz crystal and his mind.”
Popp and his technicians were skeptical of Marcel, to say the least, however, they set up the experiment anyway. The results astounded them. Marcel was able to change the energy emission rate of the cucumber seeds during every experiment that was conducted over a two-hour period. He could control the rate, making it go up or down, virtually at will.
The results of Marcel’s work in Germany have never been published. After I left Marcel to go to Minnesota, Popp sent Marcel a copy of the computer printouts of the energy emission changes that occurred when Marcel was treating the seeds with his crystal. They probably are in amongst his papers to this day.
Marcel’s work with plants is similar to your work with dowsing for hydrocarbons as plants are hydrocarbons. This is the reason why his crystals work for you.
Etheric energy can be grown into crystals. When this is done, the crystals will exhibit different physical properties than those with low or normal etheric content. High temperature ceramic superconductors are examples of crystals (actually polycrystals) that have some degree of etheric “information” stored within their lattice structures. The presence of this information allows these materials to superconduct at unpredictably high temperatures.
My theory is based upon the idea that the ether is a geometrically-ordered field that connects subatomic particles to the molecules and ions that compose crystalline substances with like order.
In the theory, QaQs [sic] form an invisible etheric lattice structure that permeates three- dimensional space everywhere. The nucleons, which are composed of three quarks each, “uud” for the proton and “udd” for the neutron, form the base of a tetrahedron. At its tip is an etheric particle that we call an “isotron.” It has the physical properties of structure, spin, Coulomb charge, and mass-energy. This particle controls the growth, mass, spin, and charge of all matter, beginning with the QaQs and proceeding through atoms, molecules, and crystals.
In its initial state, two facing tetrahedron bases in the star tetrahedron have 3u and 3d quarks each. When these quarks are charged with the property of spin from the isotron, they form a spin lattice structure similar to that of the natural quartz crystal, where successive lattice planes rotate in a spiral up to the tip of the crystal. The bending and folding of the 3u and 3d triangular bases causes them to collide at one vertex, where a “u” and “d” quark are exchanged. This converts the 3u and 3d bases into one “uud” and one “udd” base. All of the baryons and antibaryons have the same triangular and tetrahedron structure as the nucleons and antinucleons.
The other basic geometry is the cube. QaQs of the meson group locate at the vertices of a series of cubes, with one quark always facing one antiquark. When these quark-antiquark combinations collide, they annihilate to produce individual mesons.
Mesons occur in cubic lattice structures, and baryons and antibaryons in tetrahedron structures. The basic QaQ geometry that has just been defined can be used to derive the basic equations and laws of electromagnetism, Maxwell, Ampere, Gauss, Lenz, etc. All that is required for this is to postulate the existence of two spiral “twisters” for the mesons, one for the charged mesons. and one for the neutral mesons, and one toroid for the baryons, and one “anti-toroid” for the antibaryons.
Let us say that QaQs are etheric particles that are arranged in lattice structures. These structures are similar to the lattice structures of many well-known solid and liquid crystals. Water and quartz, for instance, have parallel hexagonal lattice planes with vertical tetrahedron coordination. Superconductors and many nonlinear optical crystals have cubic lattice structures that can also be described in terms of a stacked square plane geometry.
The lattice geometry of crystals is a product of etheric forces that move the individual ions into the lattice structure. The QaQs, which have identical geometry, can transfer their information and energies into the crystalline complex of materials. The means or mechanism of this transfer is through the electromagnetic field which, when it assumes the correct geometry, creates a resonance between the etheric field of the fourth dimension and the mass-energy electromagnetic field of the third dimension.
The total mass-energy of the quarks required to make nucleons is about 123% (1.17 GeV) over the actual mass-energy of the nucleons (.95 GeV). Most of the excess 23% of this energy can be manifested into crystals when they are grown under the influence of etheric fields. A maximum of.8 GeV per nucleon is needed for the binding energy of the nucleus, and also another .1 GeV must go to the mass-energy of the electron-positron pair.
In the model, the positron-electron pair and gamma ray are produced when the last meson in the meson decay sequence decays. This is the πo meson, whose only decay mode is the gamma ray and positron-electron pair. For this reason, the mass-energy of this particle pair is subtracted from the excess mass-energy of the quark along with the binding energy of the nucleons.
The most common substances on earth, water and quartz, have lattice structures consisting of tetrahedrons and hexagon rings. The hexagon ring structure of these materials can be generated in quarks by combining two tetrahedron bases (two triangles) without the isotron at the tip. This is a variation of the basic tetrahedron structure.
2. NEW TYPES OF CRYSTALS
I have understood intuitively for many years that it was possible to grow new types of crystals that are currently unknown on earth. Now I understand that there are two basic types of these crystals, one that produces free energy from the binding energy of the quark, and the other that produces a force field from the nuclear forces that are produced during the meson decay sequence that ends with the electron and positron. The energy crystals have tetrahedron, triangular, and hexagonal geometries, while the force field crystals have cubic and square plane geometries. Growing these crystals is another matter entirely.
3. SUBTLE ENERGIES: The theory and technology for detecting subtle energy fields.
Definition of subtle energy field: It is a field of living energy that manifests as a growth phenomenon.
When you are driving down the road and you feel the presence of this field around you, you are, at that moment, part of the life processes and programming of the field. The information in the field shows itself best during times of growth for a crystalline or organic substance.
The article on the biophoton (ultraweak photon) counting and imaging shows the connection between the subtle energy or life force field and the electromagnetic spectrum. When something grows, it releases these photons in very small numbers, virtually one photon at a time. These photons can be detected and out-pictured on electronic equipment, including computers.
The portion of the theory of subtle energies that the existing scientists have no idea about concerns how the field operates. You have noticed times of the day when there are no bio-electromagnetic effects and you cannot use your equipment. These are the times that the organism has gone into its growth phase and has shut down its electromagnetic functioning. Since you are using electronic equipment, you cannot detect anything in these times. If, however, equipment can be designed to take a picture of the fractal growth pattern of a sample of oil that has been exposed to the field during its times of electromagnetic functioning, then that picture will show the presence of the subtle energy field in the vicinity. In other words, you would take the picture when the organism is growing.
Your work proves that hydrocarbons are living substances that have a field of living energy around them. But you are trying to interact with this field during its active or electromagnetic phase. This is possible. However, there are enormous amounts of information to be sensed and processed by your mind in order for you to assess accurately the contents of the subtle energy field. Interacting with this field while it is in its active mode is difficult and requires years of training. It is much easier to take its picture when its electromagnetic field goes dormant and its growth field activates.
Marcel believed that the growth of an organism revealed all of the information that was essential to its nature. He also believed that the water molecule is the carrier of this information. If water is mixed with a substance, it will transfer the contents of the local subtle energy field to another substance that it comes into contact with.
The enclosed article demonstrates the inherent powers of water to self-organize substances. I heard the Israeli scientist, Lahav, give a talk at the ACCG conference in San Diego in 1992. Unfortunately, the article does not present the information well enough for one to grasp its significance.
When water is mixed with other hydrocarbons (Lahav used alcohols) and then the mixture is frozen, a complex crystalline pattern, based upon a repeating fractal, emerges in the mixture. There is absolutely no way to explain this using any theories of crystal growth. Under existing theories, water has no magical powers of organization, and if frozen only an amorphous pattern should develop. But a crystalline pattern developed every time that Lahav performed his experiments.
Lahav used x-ray diffraction equipment to determine the crystallographic structure of the frozen mixture. The crystal pattern varied slightly from one alcohol to another, indicating that he had also discovered a method that could be used to identify the presence of individual alcohols.
In order to induce freezing at a high enough temperature so that the alcohol-water test samples could be studied without using cryogenic equipment, Lahav used heavy alcohols. The lightest of these had a carbon number of 8, and the heaviest, a carbon number of 32. I have drawn a rough graph of the freezing temperature of the water-alcohol mixture (in degrees C) as a function of the carbon number (C#) of the alcohol that was combined with the water. If the lighter alcohols (such as methanol or ethanol) had been used, the freezing point would have been much lower, and this would have made it difficult (but not impossible) to analyze the frozen samples with x-ray diffraction equipment. I believe, however, that greater amounts of information could be gained by using the lighter hydrocarbons.
The discovery of the self-organizing powers of water shows the way to the detection of subtle energies. It also embodies at least part of a technique that Marcel believed strongly in—that of taking an object’s picture and analyzing it radionically.
When an inorganic material undergoes a phase transition to its solid or liquid state, this change-of-state process is equivalent to a growth process of an organic (living) material. The phase transition process can be detected by analyzing the changes in the emission of ultraweak photons, if the change is from the vapor to the liquid state, and by analyzing the formation of crystalline phases, if the change is from the liquid to the solid state.
Hydrocarbons are so similar to alcohols that there is no question that they can be substituted for the alcohols in the Lahav experiment. The hydrocarbon-water mix could be frozen and then analyzed with x-ray diffraction equipment. This equipment uses computers to analyze the geometrical patterns of the electron micrographs. These could be further enhanced by using the new computer pixel programs.
The following is a proposed protocol that could be used to determine the presence of an underground reservoir of oil. Make up two samples of oil in two vials. Combine both samples with a nano-pure sample of water. Call one sample the experimental sample and the other the control sample. Take the experimental sample out to the oil field and treat it radionically and with crystals. Return the experimental sample back to the lab and freeze it.
Treat the control sample radionically and with crystals in the lab (this step may be optional). Freeze the control sample. Subject both samples to x-ray diffraction analysis to determine their respective crystalline structures. There will be a small, but noticeable difference between the growth patterns of the control sample and the experimental sample.
In keeping with the results of the Israeli experiments, the hydrocarbons can be detected according to their molecular weights. In addition to determining whether oil is present or not (the most important information), it should also be possible to determine the exact ratio of heavy to light hydrocarbons in the reservoir.
The minimum equipment costs to set up this experimental procedure would be about $150K. The main cost would be for the x-ray diffraction machine. There would be additional costs for computers and computer programs for analyzing the photographs, plus cryogenic equipment for freezing the samples.
It is also possible to establish a biological growth pattern by introducing a living organism such as a bacteria into the experimental samples. The subtle energy field of the bacteria would then be used to program both control and experimental samples. These test results could be analyzed on biophoton equipment. This would make x-ray and cryo equipment unnecessary. I believe, however, that these results would return us once again to the problems of using a living thing to detect a living thing. Freezing and crystallography is a simpler method.
4. PATRICK RICHARDS’ LUMITRON DEVICE
The charged air in the room is providing an environment where a small portion of the “energy body” that surrounds a person can be recorded on photographic film. The field has very little energy in it and, as a result, cannot be easily detected with electronics, although its information content (its internal order) can be recorded photographically.
The photographs of the energy body can be explained by combining an old theory with a new one. The old theory is the laser theory of gases, and the new one is the information theory of fluid (liquid) crystal systems.
The information of the photographs, their form and order, is a product of the temporary formation of “fluid crystal” states by the energized gases that compose the atmosphere in the room. The energy to take the photographs is a product of the laser-like decay of the charged ions and gases in the atmosphere. This decay produces the steady stream of coherent infrared radiation that interacts with the photo-emulsion to produce the images.
When an atmospheric fluid, such as carbon dioxide or water vapor, is charged with electromagnetic or electrostatic energy, the individual molecules begin to move to metastable energy levels that are above their ground state energy levels. When they fall back to the ground state they emit coherent (narrow band) infrared photons.
The device that is used to charge the atmosphere in the room must have an electronic component with sufficient energy to excite the atmospheric water and carbon dioxide molecules to their metastable levels. When these gases are expelled back into the room, they fall back to their ground state energies and emit the IR (infrared) photons that are captured on the Polaroid film.
This portion of the theory is relatively straightforward, as it is in most textbooks on lasers. The next part, however, is not in any of the current textbooks on liquid crystals.
While in their metastable states, the charged molecules and ions combine with atmospheric molecules to produce what might be called a “supermolecule.” A complex hydrocarbon chain is an example of a supermolecule. In the atmosphere, the water molecule forms the backbone of the supermolecular chain of molecules, much as the simple hydrocarbon forms the backbone for a long chain of proteins. Other molecules or chemical radicals in the atmosphere attach themselves to the chain of water molecules, making a final composite chain.
Supermolecular theory is just beginning to be defined, but could perhaps be defined as a “gaseous state with a small degree of temporal order.” In this state, the normal thermodynamic chaos of a gas gives way to molecular ordering that occurs in time (temporally). The time factor of the state is determined by the bond formation time of the molecules in the mixture of gases.
If the normal oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere is energized to a high enough level, some of it will be transformed from stable diatomic oxygen and nitrogen into a mix of simple oxygen (O–), simple nitrogen (N–), and nitrous oxide (NO). Gases in this state are highly active, and immediately combine with water (via the hydrogen bond) to form long chains.
The rotational inertia of a supermolecular chain is much greater than that of a single molecule, and because of this, they will tend to separate from the larger mass of molecules. After separating, they will come back together and align themselves in the manner of a liquid crystal. In liquid crystals, large numbers of fatty acids, which have a hydrocarbon and hydroxyl composition, form orderly structures when they are placed in lyo (water). This same type of ordering occurs in the atmosphere if enough of its gases are energized to metastable levels.
Once a normal atmosphere has been energized to the point where a certain minimum number of its stable molecules can breakdown and reform into either ions or new molecular compounds, supermolecular chains will form. But these chains are unstable and their individual components, ions and gases, will break off in time and fall back to their original ground states, emitting IR photons in the process.
The photonic release from the supermolecule provides the energy that takes the photographs of the “auras” of living things. The form and structure of the supermolecule, however, is its information content, and the photograph is a product of this information.
5. STRUCTURED WATER PROJECTS
The following is a list of the structured water research projects that I am aware of:
1.) EM field structuring. Researchers in Japan, applying high voltage E-fields to standing water, have noticed that the water so treated consistently increases the active time of certain enzymes. Glen Rein, who learned from Marcel, is using a variety of EM coils and pulsed currents to structure water. [He works for a major company under non-disclosure.] He uses UV adsorption to measure the degree of structuring, and claims that he is able to maintain a program in water for several days. This is essentially a radionics technology, where EM frequencies are used to imprint information into not just water, but anything.
2.) Magnetic structuring. For years, a company in Florida has used high gauss permanent magnets to loosen the iron and calcium deposits on the boiler pipes of, for instance, power plants. The magnets work best when using opposing fields (N to N; S to S). The same technique is used to imprint water circulated through tubing.
3.) Colloid structuring. Researchers are moving into this field rapidly. The most prominent are Patrick Flanagan and Randy Zeissnis. They have developed techniques that add their own specially prepared colloids to water. I believe that these are only common mineralized rocks that have been ground up into nano-sized particles that then constitute a dry mix that must be put into suspension with water. The key to the process is not the rock, but how the dry mix is added to the water so that it does not remain as large clumps.
The following methods may be employed to accomplish this:
a.) Spinning the water and the dry mix
b.) Adding rf or DC pulses sufficient to ionize the water
c.) Ultrasound.
Colloid structured water has a high “surface charge-to-weight” ratio, which increases the rate of electrochemical processes in water. The various researchers characterize this type of structured water by its “zeta potential,” a measure of the number of suspended particles per unit volume of fluid. Zeta potential is a quasi-scientific term that is used by the food industry to assess the mixing and breakdown of fluidic food substances. Equipment to measure zeta potential is available.
4.) Magnetic colloid structuring. A new form of structuring that combines #s 2 and 3 above. It uses ferrites in colloidal suspension to imprint both water and air. The colloids can either be added directly to the water, or the water can be circulated in proximity to them. Patrick Richards, an engineer in Michigan, has the only device that does this. He has several devices being used in clinics in England.
5.) Water vortexing. Marcel Vogel’s technique of structuring water spins the water, and often adds light with a high UV content. This is the most esoteric form of structuring, as no particles are added, only information. It is also the most difficult to characterize and research.
6.) ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS
[referencing a letter written in 10/98]
I have been working on a theory that will connect the existing EM (electromagnetic) field to another one that very little is known about. Calling the unknown EM field EM-2, to distinguish it from the one that is known, EM-1, your diagram #2 shows a column with sphere on top and bottom with straight lines running between them. If you look at Inside the Spaceships by George Adamski you will see the same column running vertically in the center of the craft. You can also find this depicted as the power unit of other types of UFO spacecraft in other books on the subject.
In my theory, the column is constructed from materials that are capable of oscillating with both EM-1 and EM-2. In EM-2, the electric and magnetic lines of force are not separate but are conjoined into a single line of force with two polarities, N+ and S-. These stand for: “North magnetic, positive electric” (N+), and its opposite, “South magnetic, negative electric” (S-).
In the diagram, [sic] N+ and S- run parallel between the spheres. The spiral form that develops between them is another unknown phenomenon that Van Tassel called “Primary Light.” He used this term because he believed (was told) that the light that we are familiar with is secondary to this light. Other more modern theorists call it “superluminal” light or “superlight” or “faster-than-light” energy, or such.
The ring that occurs in a plane between the spheres is possibly a representation of the PFF (primary force field) that develops as a result of the interaction between the N+S- lines and superlight. There is only one basic force field in nature. All others (gravity, the weak and strong forces) are derived from it.
Over long distances of space, the PFF becomes the gravitational field. It is this field that powers the UFO spacecraft. Close to the atomic nucleus, however, the PFF moves into what is referred to by the theorists as “inverse space.” This is a small region of transitional space around the nucleus. Once in this space, the PFF becomes the strong nuclear force.
The weak force, which occurs upon the decay of the gamma ray, is (according to my theory) a reaction to the strong force. When a neutron becomes a proton plus an electron plus an antineutrino, a “-PFF2” (force opposite to the PFF1) is produced.
The weak force (W) is:
W = PFF1 – PFF2; PFF1 > PFF2
The basis of the original N+S- field occurs with an examination of how quark/antiquark pairs of subatomic particles come together to form the meson family of particles. Quarks spin one way (clockwise), and antiquarks oppositely (anticlockwise). When they form a meson, their opposite spins cancels so that the meson has zero spin. Positive mesons are formed from positive quarks and positive antiquarks. Since they have opposite spin, this means that when they come together they will have a single magnetic pole (N or S) between them. If you construct a model for this you will see that the “+” mesons form the “N+” field charge for EM-2, and the “-” mesons form the “S-” field charge for EM-2.
Heavy mesons usually decay into light mesons, and the lightest meson, the pion, is thought to carry the nuclear force into the proton and neutron. But this is only from the perspective of the particle physicist, who is only able to observe particles. The reality is that the nuclear force occurs with the development of the EM-2 field.
The last decay state of the mesons occurs with the πo (neutral pion). This particle decays into either a gamma ray or a positron-electron pair of particles (the same thing). The weak force that occurs here is the last step in the process of converting EM energy into a force field.
Based upon what has just been said, we can theorize that the spacecraft that we have been talking about do not use electrons directly to produce their force fields. Instead they must reverse the normal subatomic decay sequence, which would then reconvert these particles back into pions and mesons. These then would undergo normal decay back into gamma rays and produce a nuclear force field in the process.
7. INTEGRATRON
[another letter to the same person as above, 11/98]:
Van (as he was known) told me that was a rejuvenation machine that worked on etheric energies. The plan was to arc a lightning bolt 56′ across the diameter of the round building that housed it. At atmospheric pressures, and even at low humidity, this would require a potential of about 20 – 25 million volts. I do not know if his design would accommodate such voltages, even if it was able to produce them. The static collector sphere is only 10 feet above ground level, and it is likely that had it been operational, that the electricity would have arced straight to the ground rather than across the diameter of the machine, as was originally intended. This would have negated the purpose of the machine.
I once pointed out to Van that if he was able to seal off the dome and pull a small vacuum of only .5 ATM, then he would have the same conditions as a neon light, and that much lower voltages (less than 1M) would be able to arc across the dome diameter.
Once the arc was operating, whether at 1M or 20M volts, a series of high amperage coils deflects the electron into curved paths that were pointed downward toward the individual, who stands at the center of the arc (and dome). This sounds as if it might be dangerous, however, the arc is generated from static electricity, which has only microwatts of power. This is far less than a standard x-ray, so it should be safe. The coils also are modulated with rf energy, which carries some type of programming, turning the device into a giant radionics machine. The machine sounds similar to the one used by biologist Royal Rife, who programmed a high voltage tube to treat cancer and other diseases.
I have looked through the reference material on T.H. Moray. Someone at the Tesla conference said that after his rejection by Westinghouse and other major electronics firms, he destroyed his most important notes and schematics and vowed never again to tell anyone the secrets of his free energy device. So far, this hypothesis has been born out by the nature of the material that I have examined.
I did, however, find a reference to Moray’s use of radioactive isotopes in the materials he used to build his custom made vacuum tubes. The gamma ray emission from these isotopes would have given his free energy device a positron-electron potential, the first step into the ether. This creates the matter-antimatter double vortex which taps into the free energy ether.
Moray’s device also used rf energies inside a vacuum tube to ionize the inert gas present there. If properly phased, these would have had the effect of enlarging the vortexes and of giving them stability in space. Ron Kovac, in Boulder, Co., has been able to transmute Nitrogen into an unknown element with atomic mass 5 (either Li-5 or He-5) by ionizing the gas with high voltage and placing it between two magnetic coils. He also uses the “N+” and “S-” theory that we discussed.
The positive and negative ions of the gas in the Moray device interact with the positron-electron pairs (gamma decay photons) from the radio-isotope and draw free energy out of them. The energy then is down modulated to lower frequencies by the rf circuitry. The only remaining problem that Moray had to overcome was how to take out the excess energy that the ether has put into the gas plasma. It is likely that this was accomplished by intercepting the rf energy with an antenna.
Several people who looked closely at Moray’s device commented that it appeared to be some type of radio receiver or transmitter, or both. Many of them were amazed with its ability to energize light bulbs without any visible input of energy. This was the only free energy device that I have ever heard of that was actually able to use its own free energy output for self-operation. After the rf circuits and vacuum tubes were activated by an outside power source, Moray disconnected it and the light bulbs continued to shine. Most of the so-called free energy devices that I have looked into only compare the theoretical maximum output with the actual consumption.
8,) UFO TECHNOLOGIES 8/99:
I am in agreement with your approach of researching UFOs not just from the standpoints of science and technology, but from those of sociology, spirituality, and religion. It would, however, not be appropriate to bring an advanced technology into a society that still functions on a primitive level.
I had a series of close encounters with UFOs in Northern California during the 1970s. The final encounter involved a discussion with an alien being who told me to continue my work with Marcel Vogel, who could be reached, she said, at the Washington St. Research Center in San Francisco. I looked up Marcel’s name in the phone book, called him, told him about what had happened, and he invited me down to see him at his home in San Jose.
At the time Marcel had a small metal sample that he said he had been given to him by Wendell Stevens who, in turn, had gotten it from Billy Meier, the UFO contactee in Switzerland. Marcel worked as a material scientist for IBM in San Jose, and had used their lab equipment to analyze the sample. Marcel’s assessment and conclusions were published in one of Stevens’ books, (Contact from the Pleiades) and stated that the sample could not have been fabricated by our existing material technologies. In addition to the physical descriptions given in the book, Marcel also discovered that the metal sample would not melt, even when subjected to the 6,000 degree C temperatures used in x-ray spectroscopy.
After leaving Marcel’s lab in 1988, I went to work for a private company to look into ideas for the development of these new materials. I am still with the company at present. It is not connected to the government.
I made one attempt to present some material on the subject of UFO related technologies at a new science [I.A.N.S.] conference in Fort Collins, Co. in June of 1989. After my lecture, in a scene out of an X-files episode, a man dressed in a black suit, complete with black attache case, came up to me and implied strongly that my life could be in some unspecified amount of danger of I persisted in revealing this type of information in public forums—not from him, of course, but from other more sinister people lurking somewhere in the background. Since then I have kept my findings pretty much to myself, to my colleagues, and to the owner of the company.
I will not go into the details of either my research or the means by which it was conducted, but I will state some of its findings:
1.) As many researchers have concluded, UFOs “fly” by control of gravity. The best that recent gravity shielding tests, conducted first by scientists in Finland, have been able to do is to reduce the weight of a test object by about 2-3%, a very good start, but not good enough for spacecraft construction.
2.) The materials used in UFO construction are almost completely unknown to our current material sciences. Only a small class of exotic atomic nuclei prepared in particle accelerators, known as super-deformed nuclei, have some of the properties of the UFO related materials. [see bibliography][sic]. These nuclei are able to store large amounts of high frequency gamma energy, which when the nuclei decay are emitted as gamma energy in electro-weak reactions. Research into this area of particle physics has been classified since the early 1990s.
3.) UFO materials have super-deformed nuclei with the additional property that they not only emit energy, they are able to do so continually, in violation of the conservation of energy laws. The energy that flows through these materials shows itself in two ways:
a.) As large amounts of electromagnetic radiation, especially in the visible and UV range, a by product of the decay of gamma rays and
b.) As a weak nuclear force field, also a result of gamma decay.
4.) The materials of the UFO, when excited by small onboard particle accelerators, produces gamma radiation internally which, in turn, produces large numbers of photons that radiate away from the craft’s surface. In reaction to this, the decay of gamma rays produces a nuclear field of force that is cohered by the craft’s design to collapse inward toward the center of the craft, lifting it against local gravity. Technically, the force field opens up a small hole in space that the craft falls into. UFOs, as luminous objects that control or produce their own gravity, have been confirmed in thousands of sightings.
5.) Currently, super-deformed nuclei are only produced in particle accelerator collisions. It does not seem feasible that this technology could be accommodated to the development of large numbers of these nuclei, much less that the individual nuclei could be clustered into a solid mass of materials suitable for spacecraft construction.
6.) The new materials can be developed by using the physical parameters of particle accelerator reactions without actually accelerating the particles themselves. This involves the development of crystal growth environments that include high frequency, high voltage electromagnetic fields, as well as other physical effects.
9. THE ETHERIC COMPONENT OF THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD 8/99
I have developed extensive mathematical theories (not in existing literature) on the nature of the physical energies that move between the etheric component of the electromagnetic field and the known or normal component of the EM field. The key to this transference involves a component of the magnetic field known as the “magnetic vector potential” or “A-field” for short, which is defined mathematically as the curl of the magnetic field. This defines a magnetic potential, much as voltage defines an electrical potential.
The theory can be extended to include the Dirac theory if it is postulated that antimatter comes from R-space. Magnetic monopoles occur in each 2D octonion plane in R-space. When opposite magnetic charges (N and S) interact, a high energy photon with dipole properties is produced. This photon becomes a gamma ray, which decays into a positron-electron pair when it arrives in D-space from R-space.
Magnetic monopoles are the key to travel between dimensions. These can be generated in an approximate form in D-space and projected back into R-space and stored in a dimension-time matrix. This is the reason why I proposed that the radioactive decay of the gamma ray can be changed. The normal decay time of this ray is on the order of a millionth of a second. If this small time span can be extended into a much longer span of time, the energy equivalent (mass-energy) of the particle-antiparticle pair can be stored as EM energy in some type of tank circuit. In terms of existing physics this only requires that the energy of a particle be expressed in terms of energy per unit of time, or power (E/t). The power then is produced as the power of the tank or other EM circuit. If the energy equivalent of the gamma ray, which occurs in 10-6 sec., can be stored in one sec., then the rate of radioactive decay is lengthened by a factor of a million.
Before the project was sidetracked, we were working on a million volt operating circuit. This was to be used to convert the gamma decay energy from a radio nuclide into ordinary EM energy through a long series of step down transformers. This energy was then to be stored indefinitely in some type of memory circuit.
10. THE PHYSICAL BASIS FOR OTHER DIMENSIONS 10/99
I began serious work on what I suppose could be called “the theory of the physical basis for other dimensions” in the 1970s. I was led, through a series of coincidences, to meet certain people who were instrumental in getting me on my way in my studies. I read metaphysical material, books on UFOs, etc. In 1977, I bought my first book by Unarius and Ruth Norman. I felt that this material was valid and so I concentrated on it.
Since 1974, I had been living in a remote wooded area near Hayfork, Cal., a small town in Trinity County 60 miles West of Redding, Cal. I often went out alone into the wilderness to read, write, and think. Much to my surprise I soon began to see luminous flying disk shaped objects. I had many encounters with these craft in the late 1970s, and even one with an actual occupant.
In 1978, I met a woman who was quite adept at astral travel and psychic perceptions, in general. We only were together a short time but I learned a good deal from her. We had spoken many times about the differences between spiritual development and psychic development. The entire experience was, to say the least, illuminating.
After we parted company, I decided that I should meet Mrs. Norman, so I drove down to San Diego and met Mrs. Norman in November of 1979. Our meeting was brief. We spoke for a short time, and then she reached out and touched my forehead with her hand, saying that from now on the “brothers” would help me in my work.
The progress of my career and of my work over the twenty years since that time has convinced me that one can contact very advanced beings if one taps into the correct source, and has the ability and desire and, of course, the correct attitude and disposition toward others.
I believe that my projection into the astral began on that day in November, 1979. Apparently, I had accumulated an enormous psychic charge in the years just prior to 1979, and had carried it down to L.A. with me when I went back there in 1979. Once there this charge spread out and found others who were also looking into the nature of the “other” dimensions.
One of the interesting features of the events then (1979) is that they re-occurred now (1999), twenty years later. This is the time period of the Jupiter-Saturn cycle. It is also the time cycle of the Montauk and Philadelphia time travel experiments.
In the Philadelphia Experiment, a Navy ship disappeared on its way out of the Philadelphia shipyard in 1943. In 1963, equipment that had been built at the Montauk air base on Long Island, New York, tapped back into the original 1943 experiment, and one of the crew members came into 1963 from 1943. The experiment was repeated again at Montauk in 1983, but only impressions and memories came back in at that time. Supposedly, something is planned for 2003. The difference between the original event in 1943 and the repeat events in 1963 and 1983, was that the latter were entirely mental in nature, while the original event was physical.
And so what we have here is our own Philadelphia experiment in time travel. I believe that the very large charge that is being felt between us at this time is a return of the psychic energy from 20 years ago, energy that was stored in the Jupiter-Saturn cycle. It is, as the Montauk project was to the Philadelphia Experiment, a return of the memory of the event.
While there is no question that there is another level to physics that remains to be defined and explored, this does not mean that even this new (higher) level will be able to help people with their personal problems. It will, without a doubt, lead to the development of new technologies in the fields of energy production, communication, transportation, medicine, agriculture, etc., but I do not believe that even the next level of physics will be able to explain and control the functions of the mind.
It will be possible, for instance, with the new technology, for a person to examine their own akashic record. This will be done visually with computers and with crystals that are capable of oscillating with harmonics that reach into the information bands. However, just because a person has been able to experience and view themselves on this other level does not mean automatically that they also will be able to interpret and understand what it is that they have seen and experienced.
The overall experience of perceiving higher energy and information is rather like that of experiencing an emotion that one is not able to interpret and understand. Eventually, with continued work, and most essentially with the assistance of someone who is more advanced at these types of perceptions, a person who is experiencing some difficulties with their body, emotions, thinking, behavior, etc, may be able to understand the true nature and source of their problems as they lie, not so much within others or the exterior world, but within themselves and the their own interior world. Once the source of their problem is identified, rectification and healing are possible.
Healing on a permanent level is quite difficult, as it requires the input of information from levels that are well above those of the physical body. I do not believe that this level can be reached by any manipulation of the electromagnetic field, even by those that are not yet known to modern physics. The best that any advanced technology will be able to do will be to offer the person the opportunity for healing, but it cannot guarantee it any more than any existing technology or technique.
You probably know this already, but this is something that makes your job even more difficult, as most people want to be healed as quickly and as simply as possible. The idea of exploring their own minds, thought patterns, attitudes, etc, as expressions of their total beings probably will be very difficult for the average person, this because they simply do not have the educational tools, the sensory network, or the feelings of personal security that are necessary to engage in such an exploration.
I do not, for instance, believe, as many people in new age religious movements believe, that one can neutralize the effects of one’s karma very easily. This is because karma is a product of human interaction and interpersonal relationships. In order to heal an individual in a group, the entire group must be healed to some extent. If you are the only individual in a group who has been healed, you will have isolated yourself from the others in the group who will not have undergone the healing. This also means that your own healing will be limited and partial in its effects.
11.) EDGAR CAYCE 6/96
The book about Edgar Cayce, called There is a River, gives one an understanding of the man’s background and his total commitment to serving God and man through his gift of attunement to God or some all-knowing source. He could have used it to become a millionaire, but he lived at a poverty level all his life. He made many diagnoses of people given up as hopeless by doctors and they lived for years after his help.
There is a River puts you in a position of having confidence that he served to the best of his ability and cured thousands of people after doctors gave up. Yet the medical professions refused to stop harassing him, just as they still do with chiropractors, etc. Once you’ve read There is A River a couple of times to get the full benefit, you’ll be eager to know, where the truth can be found in books written by others, besides the hundreds of books they put out, all taken off the hundreds of taped sessions with Cayce in his Deep Sleep, as he called it. (It is such an important book. I get more from it each time I reread it…).
A.R.E. (Association of Research and Enlightenment) has books on any subject you want, all information taken from the Higher Source he was in tune with. An all-knowing Source. When asked where he got his information, he said, it came from minds of like kind.
When Cayce first made their contact by his Deep Sleep process, the voice came through his lips in the plural. It said, “We can see the body lying there.” Normally, it cannot speak. (Cayce lost his voice and was told he never would speak again, by doctors and clinics he visited to get his voice back again. He could only whisper. This voice that spoke through Cayce’s body while in his deep sleep gave instructions to his wife and a friend, how to get his voice back. When he could speak again, everyone who knew him wanted to bring friends to get their health back again. Cayce died at a fairly young age, of overwork, he couldn’t turn anyone down, even though he was being drained of his energy and life force by the efforts to help who ever needed it.
The Cayce Foundation, A.R.E., has a new book out on predictions for the next three years or so. It is such a shocking book that Cayce refused to print it until now when mankind needs a shock to wake them up to what is coming if we don’t smarten up awful fast. There won’t be enough of us who are informed to be able to stop the law of “As ye sow, so shall ye reap.” (footnote lost).
Most of mankind is going to have to reap the whirlwinds, earthquakes, and whatever Nature can throw at us, as it rebels against our mistreatment of mother earth.
Cayce said “We’ve mocked God by our hypocrisy, so the Law must balance out by giving us what we deserve.”
The space people told this psychiatrist that we have made a mess of our planet, like they did, so we must deal with the consequences of our actions and our attitudes to the planet and toward each other.
Unless the majority of us wakes up and “repents,” as religions tell us, we’ve had it, maybe by the year 2000. So, we haven’t much time to overcome our sinful ways. It’s only a matter of time to see when it happens, but come it must. Like you said in your letter of the 16th of April, we may deserve to be favored by escaping this tribulation, one way or another.
One has to be careful of being self-righteous, though. Think not that ye stand, lest ye fall the next hour (I can’t remember where that is in the Bible).
As Einstein put it, “Nothing just happens by coincidence. Everything is governed by the Law of “Cause and Effect.” He went on to give this example:
If, as you walk along the street, you get hit by a falling brick, don’t think that it just happened. He explained the possible cause to have been in our thinking or actions. We started the effect on the Cosmic planet, that takes time to reach us. This result puts us in the right place at the right time to get hit by the brick. A couple seconds either way would have put us out of harms way. Not one jot [sic] or one titl [sic] shall be omitted, and every knee will bend in the final part of the equation.
When a person once becomes aware of this law and how accurate the consequence can be dealt out, the more one considers his thoughts as well as actions. For if we even allow evil thinking of jealousness, coveting, hatred, of even our enemy, will bring the Karma befitting the way we’ve sown. Before you fall asleep, think over the full day’s activities and attitudes expressed, etc. Do this 3 times and reconstruct in your mind how you would or should have acted or reacted if you had it to do over again.
This is not the exact wording, but this is the message, when Jesus said if you even think evil, you may as well have done it. So our attitudes are what starts it all whether acted on or not.
That which you condemn in others, you become yourself.
If you fall asleep and don’t reconstruct what you can remember of the day’s actions, etc, by morning you’ll have forgotten or can’t remember where you erred that day. The memory is how we know where we erred or deserved credit. So, it’s better to think the days’ activities over when you can still remember, and cancel out the wrong that would otherwise be left in the subconscious.
Regarding attitudes, it must be reconstructed so as not to create a destiny we do not want. If this isn’t done, we’ll get hit by our error, because it wasn’t cancelled by restructuring.
Thoughts create our destiny. With idle thoughts, we may think it doesn’t matter, but the laws of action and reaction, cause and effect, action and reaction will be expressed in other ways.
Thoughts create our attitudes or vice-versa. So, each of us needs to take heed of every thought and express with love in all situations.
If thoughts have that much power in our lives, then why give power to the thoughts that will backfire sooner or later? We have no one else to blame when it comes down to the final analysis.
People who have studied metaphysics and the power of mind are not backward in saying that thought power is the greatest power on earth, barring none. Stanford University is one of the leading sources of this knowledge. Scientists can tell you that all matter is the expression of energy and energy never ceases to exist. And in the final analysis, all matter can be brought to light again.
In present day lab knowledge, the atoms and so forth in matter are the expression of light vibrations. All matter is manifest by its own rate of vibration, just as in musical notes – each has its vibratory wavelength.
